A spectacularly staged dance drama based on the novel The Mask of the Red Death by E.A.Poe. A dramatic meeting of prince Prospero and the Red Death in his palace. The story is situated in Renaissance Venice and takes place at the mask ball. Luxury costumes illustrate Italian (or Venetian) fashion, resp. They are completed with original, hand painted, Venetian carnival masks.
The music of the performance are original Italian composition form 16th century which are adapted in a rock style raising its dramatic character. The performance is designated particularly to the demanding viewers. The best places for realisation are historical interiors or theatres equipped with stage and light technique.
