Informations for organisers

• We can perform inside and outside, a flat plane (stage of parket ideally) and a sufficient space for 4-7 dancers are essential.
• We warn the organisers that the performances cannot be carried on a weat surface and/or during the rain due to the safety issues and expencive historical costumes.
• All music is reproduced (CD, flash USB disc), the music formate must be specified in advance. The sound equipment is provided by the organiser.
• We need a cloakroom for change of clothes and deposition of costumes and props.
• In case of several performances during one day, time enough for costume change (45 – 60 minut according to the type of costume) must be provided.
• In more than one day events a free accomodation should be provided by the organiser.
• For costumes and props transportation it is necessary to enable acces of a car right to the place of event, at least for unloading of costumes and props and to ensure parking placese for two cars.
